Vikrant Kano

Vikrant is a visual artist whose work examines ideas of home, memory, and belonging through lens-based and interdisciplinary practices. He completed his BFA in 2016 and MFA in 2018 from the College of Art, New Delhi. His first online solo presentation, Lost in Translation, was featured in the PRAF Discover Series supported by Prameya Art Foundation in 2021. Vikrant has exhibited in Personal Structures at Palazzo Bembo during the Venice Biennale (2022), as well as in exhibitions and platforms such as TheUpsideSpace, MOMus: Museum of Contemporary Art (Thessaloniki), the Wrong Biennale, Serendipity Arts Festival, Proyector (Madrid), Shrine Empire (New Delhi), and Bikaner House. His work has appeared in IL FOTOGRAFO, 47 & Beyond, and Emergent Art Space, and has been discussed by writers including Manuela de Leonardis and Annalisa Mansukhani. He has also participated in Peers Share at Khoj.
