Vedanti is a writer and researcher currently pursuing an MA in Japanese Studies at SOAS University of London, with a background in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She has previously written about spectrality and haunting, gender and folk cultures, and media aesthetics. Her work often moves around memory, meaning, personal histories, and old photographs.
