प्रफुल्ल शिलेदार हे मराठीतील महत्त्वाचे कवी-अनुवादक आहेत. त्यांचे मराठीत तीन कवितासंग्रह, हिंदीत एक कवितासंग्रह, चार अनुवादित पुस्तके आणि तीन संपादित पुस्तके प्रकाशित झालेली आहेत. अनुवादाच्या ‘साहित्य अकादेमी’ पुरस्काराने तसेच इतरही अनेक पुरस्कारांनी त्यांच्या कवितेला आणि अनुवादांना गौरविण्यात आलेले आहे. सध्या ते मराठीतील ‘युगवाणी’ या महत्त्वाच्या वाड़मयीन नियतकालिकाचे संपादक आहेत.

Prafull Shiledar is an award winning Marathi poet and translator. He has three poetry collections in Marathi, one in Hindi, four translated books and three edited books. He is a recipient of many prestigious awards for his poetry as well as translations including the Sahitya Akademi Award by National Academy of Letters, New Delhi. Presently he is Chief Editor of a Marathi literary journal Ýugavani.
