Dheeraj Jadhav (b.1994) is an artist based in Bombay, currently pursuing MFA at Sir J.J School of Arts. His practice attempts to analyze the experience of inhabiting spaces that informs our senses of seeing, hearing, touch, taste and smell. He translates his documenting process by experimenting with drawing, painting, photography, charcoal, ink, dry pastel, watercolour, cut and paste, and oil colours, exploring ways of applying colours, managing space around and inside words. He was awarded Maharashtra State Art Award for Creative Painting. Dheeraj has been part several exhibition and workshops including Geography of Consumption at Mohile parekh centre.
